Policies & Ethics
People often ask what is Holistic coaching and my reply is: “What does it mean to you?” Most people say “working with the whole client rather than just with the Mind”. Ideally, when you are qualified, all coaching becomes Holistic. In both personal and professional coaching you’ll often be working with a client’s conscious mind dealing with 'tangible’ goals, however in reality your clients bring all of themselves to every session; their emotions.

Most people say “working with the whole client rather than just with the Mind”.
Ideally, when you are qualified, all coaching becomes Holistic. In both personal and professional coaching, you’ll often be working with a client’s conscious mind dealing with 'tangible’ goals, however, in reality, your clients bring all of themselves to every session; their emotions, past, unconscious assumptions, decisions, opinions, stories all of which impact their goals. Because of this, it is helpful to be aware of different approaches and (extra) tools so you can work with who your client is and support the change they are looking for.
On this workshop, Pam will show you how easy it is to work holistically, you will gain first-hand awareness of the impact your emotions and energy states have on the outcome of your goals and why you sometimes fail to achieve them.
This practical day consists of a combination of videos, demonstrations, discussion, tools and how to use them. You’ll leave with a bag of ideas and tools that can be used to help your clients move towards their goals easier than before.
By the end of the day, you will have explored what Holistic coaching is, how to use the tools and exercises you’ve been introduced for yourself as well as in a coaching session, some can be used for homework/personal development too.
