In this Coaching Academy niche career coaching day, Sarah will share how clients often find it hard to focus on what they really want or get stuck due to a lack of clarity or confidence in their skills and abilities.
You will leave this workshop with the confidence and tools to support clients make a career change that aligns with their values; create a clear vision of a compelling future and provide mindset tools and strategies to support them through the process of change.
Sarah will show you how to support clients in gaining clarity on skills gaps and how to identify your client's career drivers.
