Following your webinar attendance you'll have the opportunity to speak to our enrolment team to discuss anything you might have missed, as well as answer any questions you might have regarding continuing your coaching journey with us by starting a diploma. Once you are happy we'll enrol you as a student, and within minutes you'll receive the welcome emails, and your training materials will leave our office destined for your given address. It's time to celebrate and take it all in!
Once you have enrolled on your coaching programme you will receive access to the Online Learning Platform (affectionally known as the OLP). Here you will find everything you need relating to your studies with us. This includes videos, tutorials and instructions to guide you every step of the way during your coach training journey and beyond. The resources area has a wealth of information to broaden your coach knowledge with live and pre-recorded webinars, workshops, teleclasses and templates as well as guidance on your qualification progress, online submission of your coursework and practical assessments, plus access to book live training days.
Even though our course is home study, it’s never alone study! Being part of our supportive community and connecting with other like-minded people is an important part of your journey with us.
The TCA student community facebook group is where all our students hang out, share ideas, ask questions of their peers, get their study and accountability buddies and generally encourage each other. This is such a wonderful and supportive group to be part of.
Continue to network with your peers by attending our coaching conversations sessions. These sessions are free to attend monthly discussions on relevant and interesting coaching topics and niches. We always get great guests, and delve into their specialists subjects and how they are linked to coaching. It’s a real sense of community, relaxed and informative and we see both students and graduates attend regularly and join in.

Continue with your practice sessions, working and linking in with our Coaching Community.
Keep up to date with all your learning record sheets, continue to attend the live training, attending the webinars and completing your last few coaching observations, our assessors provide you with professional guided feedback after every session submitted. Make sure to follow our social channels.
After attending a minimum of 3 live online training events, why not book onto our CPD for Coaches Programme or one of our Niche Coaching Workshops. Once you have gained this additional knowledge, it’s time to delve into the world of Sales and Marketing, and start to gain some insight through our Business in a Box programme.

Business In A Box is full of tips, tools, information, and a wealth of templates to support you with building your business and marketing yourself – it even has business check-in videos, and mini business coaching sessions to ensure you grow and promote yourself in the most effective way.
