We would like to invite you to participate in an exciting opportunity to be part of how coaching is evaluated and coach training is created for the future.
The Coaching Academy is working in partnership with Tia Moin, Ph.D. student at the University of Reading. This large-scale study will be analysing “how” coaching actually works, and what coaching behaviours either from the coach or client lead to successful outcomes. This research has never been done before and so we are very excited to be part of this leading research.
The study is inviting coaches and student coaches from all backgrounds and levels of experience - alongside three or more of their coachees - to participate in the research.
All you need to do is register using the link below and have coached 3 clients over 3 sessions by August when the study finishes.
As an added incentive, Tia, and the University is offering a chance to win a ticket to the British Psychological Society Coaching Psychology Conference or high value coaching books if you register by 15th May.
You can access the study (and provide consent) by clicking on the link : Here
All instructions on how to invite coachees will be provided upon registration, but their participation will be managed automatically by email once they have registered.
If you have any questions or concerns about the project, please contact Tia Moin (PhD student): f.k.t.moin@pgr.reading.ac.uk
