If you have already completed either the introductory or intermediate level DISC training sessions then you can take your knowledge and love of DISC to a whole new level by becoming a Licensed DISC trainer!

This is a programme that will teach you how to deliver DISC training both face to face and virtually. Once qualified you will be able to deliver either short 2-hour workshops, one-to-one or to a group, half day, whole day and multiple day team building workshops or even DISC focused retreats in a simple way that really works.

Having the expertise to run DISC workshops, training and selling online profiles can make a massive difference to your income as well as the development and growth of your business.

How it works

Learn how to deliver DISC training sessions and team building workshops to the business world, within the education sector and to the general public in a way that simply works! Join DISC Master Trainer Dave Pill and DISC Master Trainer Sharon Lawton as they guide you through this time-tested delivery format which now includes the online delivery component.

This is a three-day training programme with live days, where Dave and Sharon will share everything, you need to know to take your business to another level financially and help you get a return on your investment as quickly as possible.

This programme provides advanced DISC training, PowerPoint slides, materials, exercises for various industries and outcome requirements. Please note: In addition to the training, one to one invaluable mentoring with Dave/Sharon post event is also included.

This Licenced Trainer Advanced Level Will Include:

• A comprehensive training manual jam-packed full of all the training materials you will need to deliver your own DISC workshops.
• Hard copies of materials plus editable documents all ready for you.
• The DISC training powerpoint presentations we use - with lesson notes for each slide - this powerpoint will be ready for your personal branding.
• Workshop variation plans - from a 1 hour session to a whole day and everything in between for both small and large groups.
• DISC exercises and handouts for groups, teams and niched groups – again ready to use with your personal branding.
• Proposal templates, contract templates, pricing suggestions and guidance and more, all editable for ease of use.
• Preferential purchasing rates for the online profiling system, enabling you to re-sell DISC profiles at a profit – A business within your business
• The Coaching Academy's DISC Licensed Trainer emblem and ‘Credily’ digital badge to display on your website to tell the world you are a qualified DISC trainer and ready to make a positive and lasting difference to those you work with.

Should you be accepted on to the programme, the enrolment fee is £5,200 + VAT, however we currently have a few bursary funded* training places available - please contact us for further details. *Bursary funding can help with reducing your enrolment fees but is subject to very limited availability.
