DISC Accreditation – Intermediate Level Training

If you have completed the DISC Certification training or Introduction to DISC Module as part of your Life Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy, then this is your chance to build on that knowledge and unlock the secrets within the DISC Graphs. Join the DISC Master Trainer Dave Pill and DISC Master Trainer Sharon Lawton as they share the knowledge they have acquired during two decades of DISC emersion.

It’s a workshop packed with even more DISC information:

• Build on your knowledge of the science behind DISC and the behavioural model
• Gain a deeper understanding of the 4 DISC preferences
• Learn how to read your clients’ profile and give feedback from the graphs alone

This Accreditation Level Training Covers:

• Explore the power behind the 3 graphs contained in the DISC profiles and learn how to translate them to your clients
• Understand what the different graphs represent and be able to give your client feedback without reading the full report text
• Recognise and understand any differences between the 3 graphs and explore the possible reasons for this
• Understanding of the “special patterns”, combinations and blends that often occur within the graphs, know what they means and how to approach this with a client during feedback sessions
• Practice report 'feedback' in a safe and supportive workshop environment
• Develop your coaching and people management skills using the DISC model
• At the end of the training, there will be a short test to ensure you have absorbed the information on the workshop and have an appropriate understanding of DISC to accreditation standard.
