Delivering DISC personality profile training that is meaningful, interactive and impactful - It is also both life changing & impressive if delivered well.
The DISC Licensed Trainer Programme led by DISC Master Trainer Sharon Lawton, provides you with the opportunity to learn how to deliver DISC training both face to face and virtually, with confidence. Once qualified you will be able to deliver either short 2-hour introductory workshops, one-to-one or group sessions, half day, whole day and multiple day team building workshops or even DISC focused retreats in a simple but extremely effective way.
How Does it Work?
Learn how to deliver impactful DISC training sessions and team building workshops in virtually any environment. Whether in Corporate settings, the education sector, smaller businesses, or sales organisations in a way that simply works! Join DISC Master Trainer Sharon Lawton as she guides you through her time-tested, proven, delivery format which now includes an online delivery component in addition to face to face training.
This is a three-day training programme with live days, where Sharon will share everything you need to know, to take your business to another level both professionally & financially to help you get a return on your investment as quickly as possible.
This programme provides advanced DISC training resources, PowerPoint slides, training materials, practical exercises for various industries and outcome requirements. Please note: In addition to the training, one to one invaluable mentoring with Sharon/Dave Pill (Master Trainer) post event is also included.

We are committed to making your licensed trainer journey accessible with clear enrolment fees, bursary funding where available and flexible payment plans whenever possible.
Enrolment Fees
Should you be accepted on to the programme, the enrolment fee is £5,200 + VAT, however we currently have a few bursary funded* training places available - please contact us for further details. *Bursary funding can help with reducing your enrolment fees but is subject to very limited availability.
