Enrolment Fees

Should you wish to apply for our Corporate and Executive Coaching Programme, our fees are simple and easy to understand. The diploma has an enrolment fee of £3,997 + VAT and with the bursary applied can be as little as £2,997 + VAT.

Bursary Funding

You are eligible for the bursary if you are self-funding your study with us and are not an organisation or corporate entity.

Payment Plans

This course teaches you how to apply your coaching skills within large organisations/institutions, equipping you with the fundamental skills and tools required to begin your journey as a professional corporate/executive coach or to enhance your current career.

Module 1
Career Management

The 'Career Management in the Corporate Environment' live Accelerator Event is full of useful exercises for yourself and your clients. It also gives fantastic insight into a number of challenging theories and concepts.

Coaching individuals around the issue of how best to manage their professional careers is an increasingly popular route to follow for qualified coaches looking to work within the larger organisations. The skills developed on this course will serve you well – both in your own life and career and in those of the clients you support.

First steps on the road of successful career management coaching can include a SWOT analysis and a career belief audit to establish the existing context. As the coaching relationship develops you will be assisting your client in developing career goals, thinking through career tactics and designing career paths.

We gain and maintain our motivation in numerous different ways and our performance level can be intimately linked with the way in which our job role motivates us. All of these issues are examined in depth during the Career Management live Accelerator Event.

Your trainer will help you to develop coaching strategies for increasing self-awareness and self-image in the work context – significant issues for many asking for coaching within the workplace. Module 2 Coaching Leadership

Leadership is a big concern within the corporate environment. Large companies may well employ you as a coach with the sole goal of enhancing the quality of overall leadership within their organisation. As such, it is a crucial business issue for new coaches to come to terms with, and a very important section within the programme.

Your trainer will consider a wide range of leadership issues with you. How would you differentiate leaders from managers? What are some of the common issues facing corporate leaders? What are some of the typical competencies and behaviours displayed by leaders?

Coaches are sometimes brought in to business organisations to identify the leaders of the future, or work on leadership with newly appointed senior managers. As so often in coaching, the GROW model can be vital in developing those leadership skills. You will consider the transformative power of effective leadership and learn how to identify and work with leaders of many different styles.

As they are significant business people in their own right, it is useful to have a range of strategies for coaching leaders and your tutor will work with you on identifying areas for coaching with these executive clients.

Module 3 Coaching Through Change

Management of complex organisations which are subject to internal change is a major corporate issue and potentially an enormously rewarding field in which to become involved. Some coaches who niche in executive coaching specialise solely in issues arising from change issues within organisations.

The "Coaching through Change" live Accelerator Event examines different models of change, and the most effective ways to coach through change situations. Overcoming resistance to change can be a significant problem within businesses. Many employees, whether comparatively junior or senior, can find change an enormous threat. Employee concern about change can become a vicious spiral, the perception sometimes being worse than the reality. There is a real danger of change leading to a demotivated workforce, which is disconnected from the organisation’s vision for the future.

The emphasis here is on the coach’s role in helping to implement positive and considered change. Module 4 Coaching Towards Conflict Resolution

Conflict within organisations is a real concern on a variety of levels. It affects morale and staff turnover and both the quality and quantity of work can be reduced. In other words, conflict can have a direct effect on a company’s bottom line. The Coaching towards Conflict Resolution live training day will help you get to grips with this significant organisational issue.

You will consider typical causes of conflict, symptoms, types and aspects of conflict and then move on to think about different potential outcomes to that conflict. During this training experience you will go on to review strategies for coaching through conflict situations.

Individuals respond to conflict in a number of ways. Some become apathetic or defensive while some come out fighting. Module 5 Effective Team Coaching

Corporate coaches are frequently brought in by large organisations to develop the skills of new or underperforming teams and to add new drive and focus to well-established and successful teams. Moving an entire team forward in the same direction can be an enormously powerful thing for an organisation. From a coaching point of view there is a real art to facilitating team coaching and substantial new skills to learn.

In order to develop teams it can be very useful to gain agreement on ground rules and a clear starting point. Your trainer will guide you through the process of defining how things are done; teams can seem to disintegrate quite quickly on being asked to explain their own work processes. The Practicalities of Corporate and Executive Coaching Accelerator Event will walk you through the demand and benefits of executive coaching. Your trainer will clearly guide you to an understanding of the role of the executive coach and provide you with some important strategies to employ when getting started.

How much do corporate coaches earn?

Earnings vary by location, experience, and niche. The average hourly rate for coaches is £75 to £200+ per hour, while experienced or executive coaches can charge upwards of £500/hour. Full-time coaches may earn £50,000 to £100,000+ annually.

How long does it take to qualify?

You have 3 years to complete each course, usual completion of each course is 9 - 12 months. Hours will vary, and you have full flexibility with the courses, estimate weekly time is estimated between 3 and 5 hrs a week depending on your knowleage and learning style.
