Tesse will share her own personal story growing up in the troubles in Belfast and her life in West Africa and London.   

She will dovetail this with her professional journey, having been trained in the States, Canada, West Africa, and the UK and honing her craft working across the world undertaking International Development Leadership work. Then, her world fell apart after her beloved brother and coach, Tony, was killed in a hit-and-run incident in Dover. Tesse shared how coaching became a gift to her during that time.
