All Coaching Academy graduates receive 20% off the public price. As part of our commitment to support the continuing development of TCA graduates, we have partnered with the Professional Development Consortium to offer this Accreditation opportunity for our graduates with many additional benefits.

Coach of Excellence Banner

The accreditation enables coaches to:

  • Demonstrate your commitment to delivering high-quality coaching
  • Prove that your coaching has real and tangible impact for your clients
  • Issue CPD certificates to clients with whom you undertake one on one coaching
  • Confirm that your coaching approach and resources have been benchmarked against best practice
  • Access new industries via the peer network/community
  • Increase your profile and reputation by actively collaborating with and participating in events and activities with the Professional Development Consortium

The Coaching Academy offer

  • Expedite your application. Training with TCA ensures that your training is recognised as a comprehensive and robust coaching qualification so you will not need to evidence your capabilities any further.
  • 20% discount on the standard price across all credential levels. Exclusive only to TCA graduates.
  • Personal guidance through the application process. You will have 1 on 1 guidance to support you through the application process to enable you to clearly present the evidence required to demonstrate yourself to be a Coach of Excellence.
  • 14 months for the fee of 12 months. To ensure you have a full 12 months of holding the credential of being a Coach of Excellence, this offer includes an additional 2 months membership so you are not penalised on time during the application phase.
  • Group coaching also included (usually £250+VAT). If you are delivering group coaching sessions there are no extra costs for you to include this within your application. This usually requires an additional fee.
  • 1 year commitment. Often gaining post qualification credentials commits you to a 2 or 3 year agreement. Graduates from The Coaching Academy are committing to just 1 year to see for yourself how holding a credential will work for you and your business.

Qualified Coach of Excellence

Qualified Coach of Excellence

The first level of the Coach of Excellence Accreditation officially recognises you as being trained to coach.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a TCA coach
  • 45 hours minimum client coaching (of which 10 have been completed since qualifying)
  • Up to 2 years experience of professional coaching
  • Have a professional coaching supervisor in place
  • Committed to ongoing professional development
  • 4 clients in place

Recommended for graduates with 0-2 years of coaching experience.

Price: TCA Graduates pay £475 instead of the normal price £595

Professional Coach of Excellence

Professional Coach of Excellence

The second level of the Coach of Excellence Accreditation officially recognises you as a person with a high level of knowledge skill and expertise relating to coaching.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a TCA coach
  • 2-8 years experience of professional coaching
  • 90 hours minimum client coaching since qualifying
  • Have a qualified coaching supervisor/professional peer to peer support
  • Committed to ongoing professional development
  • Significant proportion of income from coaching
  • Delivering training/workshops on any topic regularly, experience of speaking at conferences

Recommended for graduates with 2-8 years of coaching experience.

Expert Coach of Excellence

Expert Coach of Excellence

The third level of the Coach of Excellence recognises you as an accomplished and trusted expert, with a strong reputation within the field of coaching.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a TCA coach
  • 90+ hours experience client coaching (of which 10 have been completed since qualifying)
  • 8+ years experience
  • Have a qualified mentor or peer to peer support, and/or being a mentor to others
  • Delivers training, speaks at events – has done so in the past
  • Committed to ongoing professional development
  • Earnings in excess of 50k

Recommended for graduates with 8+ years of coaching experience.

Price: TCA Graduates pay £795 instead of the normal price £995

Qualified Professional Expert

Qualified Coach of Excellence

The first level of the Coach of Excellence Accreditation officially recognises you as being trained to coach.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a TCA coach
  • 45 hours minimum client coaching (of which 10 have been completed since qualifying)
  • Up to 2 years experience of professional coaching
  • Have a professional coaching supervisor in place
  • Committed to ongoing professional development
  • 4 clients in place

Recommended for graduates with 0-2 years of coaching experience.
