I am a Professional Development Coach and Career Consultant in addition to my work within Talent Acquisition. I am fully dedicated to pharmaceutical industry where I support individuals at their entry stage of their careers along with professional executives working at global Fortune top 500 pharmaceutical companies. Having graduated from the Coaching Academy with a Personal Performance Life Coaching Diploma I established MS Coaching Practice with the clear aim to be the most credible and trusted Professional Development Coach & Career Consultant within Pharmaceutical Industry globally, measured by 100% customer satisfaction. My coaching and career consulting approach is tailored to each individual client.
During one-on-one coaching session I apply correct coaching methodology (for example GROW) to truly help my clients identify their goals and create a roadmap for achieving them. I also amplify the coaching experience by offering free DISC profiling and assessment that has a significant impact on the clients and sessions alone.
Coming from the family of medical doctors and teachers helping others has always felt very natural to me, one may even say it is in my DNA. And although the expectations can often be quite high to get into a medical scrub, I have always known my form of supporting individuals is outside the operating theatres. When I started my career in pharmaceutical recruitment back in 2010 it simply felt right. Enhancing my consulting skills by coaching expertise it had a profound impact on me as a person and the clients I work with. I have become aware of everything I do, think, feel and say. I am fully present during each session and what is really exciting is that I have developed ability to know why, how and when to start.
Having worked in pharma and sales industry for over 15 years I truly believe everyone will need support at one point in their lives. I choose to be the person who is in the right place at the right time for them. Regardless whether it is to help a high-level executive to redefine their leadership style and rediscover their 'why' or if it is an individual who lost their self-confidence due to numerous rejections during the interview process - I will partner with them, challenge their thought process, work with their limiting beliefs and ultimately make the difference. The clients who seek support feel understood and connected, by combining both recruitment experience and coaching skills the client receives the best possible service.
I highly recommend coaching to anyone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about continuous learning. This is definitely one of many reasons why I choose to do what I do. Prior to entering the world of coaching, I would feel anxious about not knowing a subject or the fact others know more than me, a little bit of an imposter syndrome would often creep in. These days, I am happy to be surrounded by others that have more knowledge than me in certain aspects; it excites me to be around them and learn from them; cluster of tasks to accomplish don’t overwhelm me anymore. What are the rewards? Simply put it, I enjoy being ME and I wish YOU the same in your journey!
