What are the gifts that coaching can reveal

In 2009, I set a goal to become a professional life coach, and at 24 years old I achieved just that, and I am proud to say that I was one the youngest life coaches to qualify in the UK. 

I’ve always believed that everyone is born with a gift. We all have special skills, talents and unique gifts that we can use to be successful. This became the focus of my coaching niche and my coaching business Born With A Gift, and my podcast Unwrap Your Gift. 

My niche is empowering professionals and entrepreneurs to unwrap their gifts and create standout personal brands from the inside out. 

I work with clients to identify their goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them. Whether my clients are seeking to advance in their careers or grow their businesses, my coaching skills help them unlock their full potential and create fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. 

With over a decade of experience in corporate HR, I understand the challenges that professionals face in today's fast-paced world. 

Our stories are what make us unique, and during my childhood, I faced challenges with self-doubt and low self-esteem. I didn't have faith in my own natural abilities and often looked up to others who appeared to have special talents. 

Through my own personal development journey, I have invested time to unwrap my own gifts and celebrate my uniqueness. 

Coaching in this niche has been incredibly fulfilling for me. Seeing my clients gain confidence, clarity and achieve their goals has been amazing. 

As my mission is to empower people to unwrap their gifts and step into their power, working with professionals to help them share their unique gifts with the world has had a big impact on my life. It has given me the opportunity to witness their transformational journeys and I absolutely love celebrating their successes with them, whether it's landing a new job or achieving business growth.

With social media often pushing us to compare ourselves to others, it's easy to forget our own unique talents and strengths. This is why coaching is so important in my niche. By empowering professionals and entrepreneurs to embrace their natural gifts, I help them build confidence and self-esteem, which are key to success in today's competitive world. When you're clear on your strengths and have created a personal brand that reflects who you truly are, life becomes more fulfilling. 

My top three tips for individuals in this niche are: 

1. Identify your unique gifts: Take time to reflect on what makes you stand out from the crowd. Think about what you enjoy doing and what comes naturally to you. This will help you recognise your unique abilities and how you can incorporate them into your personal brand.
2. Build your personal brand: Once you have identified your unique gifts, it's important to build your personal brand around them. Develop a clear vision of what you want to achieve, set achievable goals, and create a plan of action to help you get there.
3. Believe in yourself: Building confidence in yourself and your abilities is key to unlocking your potential. Don't be afraid to take risks and step outside your comfort zone. Believe in yourself, and others will believe in you too.

I have found that becoming a coach has provided so much fulfilment and reward, as it has allowed me to positively impact people's lives and assist them in achieving their goals and seeing the importance of their gifts.
