We’ve been the trusted trainer of coaches for over 20 years now and this training has evolved with us. The Life Coaching Diploma – the PPD - is our flagship programme and it teaches you how to coach anyone at any level so that you can become the best professional coach you could possibly be.
How it works
Before you ask, this is not your average - study online, here are your login details and you’ll never hear from us again - package. This is a robust training with the most advanced syllabus in the UK, designed by professional coaches and endorsed by academic bodies, like the ICF (International Coaching Federation), CPD and more (add link to accreditations page).
Resources.
You will receive an abundance of training materials containing 6 modules bursting with information and thought-provoking activities. These will help you gain the knowledge required to shape the foundations of becoming an excellent coach.
Live Training.
Each module includes live virtual training webinars, which we call accelerator sessions as this is exactly what they will do - accelerate your learning, with the added bonus of meeting and developing your skills with like-minded people. Additionally, you will have access to bonus modules, hundreds of recordings and webinars and most importantly, mentorship opportunities.
Flexible learning.
You may be wondering at this point – ‘how will I fit all this into my busy schedule?’. The best part about studying with TCA is that you make your schedule. Take as much time as you need to complete it and do it in your own time – you have lifetime access to your Online Learning Portal and the support of the TCA Team!

The small business coaching diploma has been designed to show you how to guide coaching clients through the early and later stages of business. If you gain personal and professional satisfaction from helping those who operate within the small business sector reach their goals, then the small business coaching course is for you.
How it works
If you are already a TCA student, you are already familiar with our training style.
Similar to the PPD, the Small Business Diploma offers layered learning so between each live training module there are webinars to watch, teleclasses to listen to, live coaching to carry out, attend the live training days and let one of our assessors listen to you coach a practice client at different intervals throughout your learning journey.
With a little bit of help from us, you have done all that is needed to complete your qualification. Because you have already mastered the fundamentals of coaching – or you’re currently mastering it - usually it takes less time than the PPD to finish an additional diploma.

Starting from this year, the Coaching within Education diploma will work just like our other diplomas – a layered training with Accelerator modules each month. You can join and pick up the learning at your convenience and fit the training around your busy life.
Between the Accelerators, you’ll get access to a wealth of resources including physical workbooks. As with all TCA Diplomas, you will be given access to a private Members' Area full of a wealth of additional resources including all your learning materials, additional videos, podcasts and additional recommended reading lists.
