What is the name of your coaching community?

Coaching Connections.

Where do you meet?

The Walker Memorial Hall, Ampton Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B15 2U.

When does the group meet?

2nd Saturday morning of each month – 10am – 12.30pm.

What does a regular meeting look like?

10am networking and drinks. 10.30 – 12.30 a specially selected facilitator will lead us through an experiential and interactive learning session where we share best practice, learn and practice in small groups and discuss leading edge coaching developments.

How many people attend?

12 – 20.

What sort of people attend?

We have a good range of people that regularly attend the meetings. We have experienced life and executive coaches, coaches that are in training, along with those individuals with a keen interest in coaching.

What makes your group different to others?

We have been a thriving community for 10 years – the people you encounter at the group make it a joy to be there. We carefully select facilitators who have the right experience and presence to facilitate an interactive and engaging session, always related to coaching topics. We operate to group commitments focused on learning together, respecting the values and views of others in a confidential environment.

What would you say has been the best moment for the group?

Celebrating 10 years of Coaching Connections.

What benefits do you experience?

  • Inspiration from being with and interacting with other groups members.
  • Continuing Professional Development in an atmosphere of confidence and inclusivity.
  • Networking with a variety of other coaches who have a vast range of experiences and knowledge.

What benefits do you think the group members experience?
