Our Recent Student Survey - A HUGE Thank You!
As part of our continuous improvement programme we seek feedback from our students to gain a deeper understanding of the impacts the coaching Diplomas are having. We wanted to write a quick message to say a huge and heart-felt thank you to all those that took the time to evaluate their experience with us as a student of The Coaching Academy.
As part of our continuous improvement programme we seek feedback from our students to gain a deeper understanding of the impacts the coaching Diplomas are having.
I wanted to write a quick message to say a huge and heart-felt thank you to all those that took the time to evaluate their experience with us as a student of The Coaching Academy.
We invite our recently qualified students to complete a post diploma evaluation online (anonymously if they so wish). The lovely Jan Lonnen, our Qualifications Manager, collates and evaluates all the feedback and then I sit down with the team to discuss the results.
It’s always an eye-opening and humbling experience to listen to the feedback you have kindly taken the time to provide and I wanted to let you know that we really do listen to our students and work hard to rectify any areas where attention is required.
We have increased the mentoring support we offer all of our students, made our resources more easily accessible, and are working harder than ever to handle any general enquiries that come through to the office quickly and effectively.
A snapshot of the result - WOW!
• 99% of our students rate our live training as above average or excellent.
• 97% would recommend The Coaching Academy to their friends.
• 92% of our students rated their overall experience with the Coaching Academy as excellent.
Our response rate was over 30% higher than the national average within the education sector showing us that our students really are engaged and walking their talk.
We were absolutely honoured to receive a 42% response rate to our survey. In comparison to an average of a 5-10% response rate that can usually be expected for a survey within the education sector, this is great! Especially as our survey was not incentivised!
You really are a wonderful group of coaches. We're really proud of all your amazing achievements and I’m so very privileged to have you as part of The Coaching Academy!
